My wife Tanisha and I moved here in 2018 from Louisiana, and we love Rock Hill!  We have 5 children - Christopher, Carrington, Madeline, Kendal, and Ava Rae.  Our kids ages span 19 years from oldest to youngest.  God has done amazing things to make us a family - and to keep us a family!  It’s quite a story, we would love to tell you about it sometime.

My wife, Hannah, and I moved here in 2021 from Myrtle Beach. We have two sons,  Eli and Lewis. We moved here is Last year I completed my Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Seminary.

I joined the staff in 2003 and 2004 as a part-time assistant and came back to NRHC  full-time in 2009. I've put my hand to many things over the years.  In high school I made ice cream. In college I sorted mail. I was a special education teacher for several years.  I even owned an outdoor specialty retail store with my brother. But most of my life has been spent in ministry in one form or another.  

Executive Pastor

I joined NRHC staff in September of 2024 after a move from Florida.  My awesome wife, Debbie, and I have two grown sons who are both married and two amazing grandchildren.

Worship and Creative Arts Pastor

I joined the staff in 2023.  I’ve served in worship ministries as a volunteer since I was 14 but became a Worship Pastor in 2014. I’ve been married to my amazing wife, Alyssa, since 2008 ,and we have one son, Aidan, We are typically doing something baseball related if we aren’t at church. I am excited to continue to see how God works and moves in this new adventure.

Office Manager & Next Steps Coordinator

I joined the NRHC staff in September 2018 as a part-time administrative assistant. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BA in psychology and a MA in Social Work.  Over the years I've worked for the Department of Social Services, owned and operated an online antique postcard business, and been a full-time mom.  I live in York with my husband, Drew, our son, Jackson, and our dog,

NRHkids Director, Preschool

I  came on staff in October of 2022.  My husband, Jimmy, and I have two children, Mac and Ada.  I graduated from USC three separate  times - with a BA in History, a MA in Medieval History, and a Master’s of Library and Information Science.  I worked as an elementary librarian  for eight years prior to joining the  staff.

Discipleship Pastor

I joined the NRHC staff in 2024.  I have been married to Savannah since 2020, and we have one son, Ezra. I am a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and have a master's degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

NRHkids Director, Elementary

I  came on staff in March of 2024.  My husband Max and I have been married since 2019 and both graduated from the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!). We have a daughter, Blair , who was born at the end of 2023. If I’m not working with kids at the church, I’m probably working with more kids at a dance studio. Our family also loves traveling and wandering around new places!

North Rock Hill Church is Jesus-ruled, Elder-led, and accountable to the Partners through covenant membership. The Elders serve five primary roles at NRHC - lead, teach, protect, model, and pray.
